Terms & Conditions

Only healthy, banded, highly trained white doves will be released.

Doves will be released only in outdoor locations under favorable

conditions.   No releases will take place in heavy fog, rain, high winds, tornado watches, or snow.

Releases will be conducted only by experienced attendants who will arrive 30 minutes prior to your event. They will be professional and appropriately dressed for the occasion.

In order to fly home safely, doves must be released at least one hour prior to sunset.  Our company is not responsible to the client for any failure to perform a release, if the failure is due to a delay in the event which was not caused by White Dove For You PS.  If there is a time conflict that interferes with the timing of the release, no refunds will be given.

 

 

Deposits & Payments

Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit or payment has been received.  

A 50% deposit must be made to hold your reservation.     

Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.  Failure to remit final payment by the deadline may result in a cancellation of the reservation and a forfeiture of the deposit.

 

 

Refunds  

We will completely refund any deposit or payment for a  failure to release that results from any event due to inclement weather conditions.  Clients may choose to have a dove display instead and will be refunded the difference in payment.

A full refund on deposits and payments will be issued to any customer who cancels more than 30 days prior to the event date.

 

No refund will be issued to a customer who cancels less than 30 days prior to the event date.

 

 

Excess Travel Fees

Travel expenses to all venue locations within the Coachella Valley, will be complimentary.

A $50 surcharge outside of 50 mile will be added to releases.
