Only healthy, banded, highly trained white doves will be released.<\/p>

Doves will be released only in outdoor locations under favorable<\/p>

conditions. \u00a0\u00a0No releases will take place in heavy fog, rain, high winds, tornado watches, or snow.<\/p>

Releases will be conducted only by experienced attendants who will arrive 30 minutes prior to your event. They will be professional and appropriately dressed for the occasion.<\/p>

In order to fly home safely, doves must be released at least one hour prior to sunset. \u00a0Our company is not responsible to the client for any failure to perform a release, if the failure is due to a delay in the event which was not caused by White Dove For You PS. \u00a0If there is a time conflict that interferes with the timing of the release, no refunds will be given.<\/p>

Deposits & Payments <\/strong><\/p>

Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit or payment has been received. \u00a0<\/p>

A 50% deposit must be made to hold your reservation. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. \u00a0Failure to remit final payment by the deadline may result in a cancellation of the reservation and a forfeiture of the deposit.<\/p>

Refunds \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

We will completely refund any deposit or payment for a \u00a0failure to release that results from any event due to inclement weather conditions. \u00a0Clients may choose to have a dove display instead and will be refunded the difference in payment.<\/p>

A full refund on deposits and payments will be issued to any customer who cancels more than 30 days prior to the event date.<\/p>

Excess Travel Fees <\/strong><\/p>

Travel expenses to all venue locations within the Coachella Valley, will be complimentary.<\/p>
